All patents, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights associated with SniperTees™, Spec Ops Golf Gear™, and all related products, branding, and marketing materials are the exclusive property of Spec Ops Golf Gear LLC.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, copying, or distribution of any patented design, trademark, trade name, logo, or proprietary content belonging to Spec Ops Golf Gear LLC — in whole or in part, in any form or medium — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Patent Protection
The SniperTees™ two-piece alignment tee system is protected by United States patent. Any individual, company, or entity that manufactures, imports, sells, offers for sale, or uses any product that infringes upon this patent without authorization is subject to civil and criminal liability under United States patent law, including injunctive relief and monetary damages.
No Affiliation
Spec Ops Golf Gear LLC is an independent, veteran-owned company. Any use of the Spec Ops Golf Gear name, SniperTees™ trademark, or associated branding by any third party without written authorization constitutes trademark infringement and unfair competition under applicable federal and state law.
Enforcement
Spec Ops Golf Gear LLC actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Any suspected infringement should be reported to info@specopsgolfgear.com. All violations will be investigated and pursued without exception.
