SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Current thresholds are displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Spec Ops Golf Gear LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at info@specopsgolfgear.com and we will do our best to assist.
