RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The 36-Hole Guarantee
We stand behind SniperTees™ completely. If you use SniperTees™ for 36 holes — two full rounds of golf — and your score does not improve, we will refund your full purchase price. No forms. No hoops. No argument.

To request a refund under the 36-Hole Guarantee, contact us at info@specopsgolfgear.com within 60 days of your purchase date. Tell us your name, order number, and that the tees didn't improve your game. That is all we need.

Standard Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@specopsgolfgear.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@specopsgolfgear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return and will be credited to your original payment method.

Items purchased at a discounted price are eligible for exchange or store credit only — not cash refunds — unless defective.
